Room for rent @ Lestari Perdana 8…my house (also rented) actually. It’s a 2 storey house located at Seri Kembangan, near to Taman Equine / Jusco Equine / McD Equine, and near to Bukit Jalil (alternative road from Seri Kembangan to Bukit Jalil) and Puchong (Bandar Kinrara, landmark would be Giant Kinrara) area (about 15 minutes)…

The room, it’s on the first (ground) floor (some said it’s a maid’s room). A lot smaller than the twin and master bedroom located upstairs. Price, RM120 (excluding utility bills). You will have to bring your own fan because there isn’t one in the room.

Advantage, house is fully furnished (you know what I mean by that right?, TV, furniture – there’s a closet ready in the room too, Astro, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven and Washing Machine…there’s even Internet@WiFi connection too…what more can you ask?)
