New name!

Ola 2021! Its been 2+ years since my last blabbers…

A lot of things have happened…

I have lost my precious url azmie.net, it is now occupied by this some chinese guy/girl based on the whois db info. Though nothing is going on when i browse the url though. I guess they are hoping for me to buy it back from them at a higher price maybe. Well, you can “pergi ke neraka” …

Thus, the name zemie.net has been chosen. Zemie is what some of my friends call me with. Tried azmie.com, azmie.my but the name was categorised as a premium domain name (wth, its like a super brand already for the name) which cost reaches thousands ×_×

And 2+ years after, I have decided to bring it all back online. Why 2 years? Coz I didnt have the time and mood to do it before this. So call it as new year goals 😉

In terms of well being, I was diagnosed with stage 5 CKD, which stands for ‘Chronic Kidney Disease’. Meaning, my kidneys are on the way to total failure. I have been in and out of hospitals for months undergoing treatments but in the end the doctors decided that I should go for a dialysis treatment. Currently I am in weekly basis of doing the peritoneal dialysis.

It was pretty devastating to receive the news at first, but due to the neverending support of my beloved wife and close family members and friends that I am enduring this and try to be more positive. It was not easy to share this to everyone truthfully, but I need to express it in order not to let it cooped up in my head.

In between, I have suffered a symptom named as tinnitus, which caused hearing loss to my left ear. In the beginning I have trouble in maintaining my body balance but eventually I have gotten used to it. The specialist claimed that it could be due to all the meds that I have been taking through out these years…:/
